The GLTN Secretariat the session on the latest thinking on GLTN land tools by conducting an interactive market place session where 13 tools were presented in great detail with an opportunity for the Partners to engage the secretariat. The presentation was with the Partners expressing the relevance of the various tools to their respective work streams and giving in-depth feedback to the various tools. During the session, various avenues of possible future engagement at country level were probed with a view of extending the conversations bilaterally.

The 6th GLTN Parners’ Meeting came to a close after Oumar Sylla the newly appointed GLTN Head addressed the Partners by highlighting his vision for the network and appealing for support as he takes over the leadership from the outgoing Clarissa Augustinus who has led GLTN since its inception in 2006. The meeting was officially closed by Ambassador Paulsen.
