The second day of the GLTN Partners’ Meeting saw a shift of focus towards GLTN’s regional and country level work, with discussions revolving around how Partners could engage and achieve change in the land sector at the country level.

During this session, GLTN’s country level engagement action plans for both Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo were presented to partners. Discussions mainly identified the gaps, challenges and identified the synergies that could be exploited for a stronger and broader engagement of GLTN Partners as well as other land actors at the country level.

Besides the GLTN Secretariat updating the Partners on the work done on monitoring and evaluation and the ongoing Mid-Term Review, the afternoon session also saw the different clusters elect their representatives to the International Advisory Board of GLTN and prepare their respective work plans.
